The goal is not to pose for the photo we think we need to take, or the photo we want.

It’s really a simple thing of - “What’s here?”

In all of it’s nuance and complexity.

I notice it’s a common human experience to feel like parts of us are not welcome, outside.

In my experience, sharing these parts with the world, or even just seeing them myself, is deeply healing.

It may look like nothing. And it may really look like something.
